Every fare on Loganair includes a free checked baggage allowance, and passengers can reserve one additional piece of luggage weighing up to 15 kilograms through the Manage My Booking section of the website for a fee of twenty pounds. This is because aircraft space limitations prevent it.
The Loganair airlines pet travel policy allows cats and dogs to travel in the hold as checked baggage on domestic flights only. No animals other than cats and dogs are allowed on Loganair's planes. Also, only registered Assistance and Service Dogs are allowed in the cabin, and pets can't be shipped as cargo. On domestic routes, Loganair won't let other pets fly in the cabin, but they can go in the hold. When flying with Loganair, your cat or dog must be able to move around in its carrier, and it must also be accompanied by an adult passenger. Puppies must be 12 weeks old or older. With Loganair, it costs £50 each way to fly your pet.
Loganair Check In Baggage & Excess Baggage Fees
The cost of checking a 15 kg bag on an Aer Lingus short-haul flight is €20. For a 20 kg baggage allowance the cost is €25. For 25 kg the price is €30. It costs €65 to check 40 kg across two bags. These are the prices when booking online with a saver fare.
Passengers on Fly and Fly Flex can check up to 20 kg in a combination of bags. People who fly Flex+ can check 30 kg. However, if you go over these weight limits, your bags will only be allowed on the plane if there is room, and you will have to pay an extra £10 for each piece of luggage you bring.
If there is space available, an additional £10 fee will be assessed for each piece of excess luggage brought on board. A fee of £10 will be assessed for each additional piece of luggage. The costs will vary and will be deducted at the rate that is in effect when the payment is finished being processed.
Loganair Carry On Baggage Sizes and Weight Limitation and Fees
Cabin bags must be clearly labeled at check-in, weigh less than 6 kilograms, and conform to the following dimensions: 40cm x 35cm x 18cm (able to fit in an overhead bin or beneath your seat). Carry-on items may be checked for safety on some flights and delivered to you at the foot of the stairwell when you deplane.
Sports gear and musical instruments can be checked into the hold as special luggage. These will only be accepted, though, if there is room. The traveler is responsible for picking up the equipment from the airport if there is no room on the following aircraft that can accommodate the goods. The transportation of such things is subject to fees. Depending on the item kind, they change. For instance, there is a £10 one-way fee for golf clubs. However, there is a restriction on the number of sets of golf clubs that can be transported on a flight: there are repercussions for large parties traveling together.
